0 Fried Rice with Pineapple

Fried rice with a twist! All Vegan ingredients and the added splash of pineapple flavor make this recipe a win with everyone.

Equipment:-

Large pot, Frying pan

 

Ingredients:

Straw mushrooms (halved)—2 cups

Green or snake beans (halved)—2 cups

Soy protein—1cup

Garlic (chopped)— 1Tbsp

Ginger (pounded)—1/2 cup

Diced pineapple—1 can,20 oz

Onion(diced)—2 cups

Cooked rice—8cups

Tomatoes(diced)—2 cups

Pepper—1Tsp

Fermented soybean—1 Tbsp

Sugar—1 tsp

Light soy sauce—1 Tbsp

Oil—as needed

 

Directions

Put beans in boiling water and allow to scald, then set aside

Fry the garlic in oil, adding in soy, protein and mushrooms.Stir regularly.

Mix in the light soy sauce, pepper,sugar,and fermented soy bean. Continue stirring

Mix the rice, pineapple,tomato,and onion, Mix well

Mix the beans then remove from heat

Extra portions can be frozen so you can enjoy this delicious. Asian meal over again without making it more than once!
